Rinnai brings to you a special rebate on the purchase of Rinnai Demand Duo® (select models).

If you are in the Rinnai PRO Network remember to register this product in the PRO Portal to earn DOUBLE your Reward Points during the promotional period.

Required Documentation and Rules:

  • Invoice for purchase of qualifying Rinnai Products (see eligible models and exclusions below) Must submit one form for each qualifying product purchased.  If multiple units on one invoice, use the same invoice for each form submission.
  • This rebate applies ONLY to Rinnai qualifying products purchased between January 1, 2021 – March 31, 2021
                   **EXTENDED** Through June 30, 2021
  • Submission Deadline: July 15, 2021

Additional Information:

    1. A valid Rinnai model number MUST be clearly identified on the invoice.
    2. A valid Rinnai serial number MUST be entered on submission form.
    3. Each unit purchased requires a separate claim form submission
    4. Funds will be paid in USD
    5. Incorrect or missing information WILL delay your rebate.
    6. Please allow 8-12 weeks for processing and check mailing. To check the status of your rebate, visit www.rebateinquiryonline.com.
    7. Submitting this rebate form DOES NOT register the product for your customer.
    8. For PROs in the Rinnai PRO Network, all registrations must be done in the Rinnai PRO Portal to receive Rinnai Rewards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Rebates will be paid to the individual DEALER/CONTRACTOR/INSTALLER for qualifying purchases between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021 **Extended** to June 30, 2021.
